CPE / PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE
FOR RURAL & REMOTE PHARMACISTS
The CPE Allowance provides financial support to assist pharmacists from rural and remote areas to access CPE and Professional Development activities. The allowance may be awarded to practicing pharmacists, pre-registration pharmacists, pharmacists preparing to re-enter pharmacy practice in rural locations or a professional educator travelling to a group of practicing pharmacists to deliver CPE.

CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
Payment
Full payment of registration fees must be received prior to the congress. Unpaid delegates will be refused entry to the event, so please ensure that your fees are paid prior to your arrival.
Cancellation & Refunds
All requests for registration refunds must be made in writing. For cancellations made prior to 1 July 2010 the registration fee minus a $50.00 per person processing fee will be refunded. Refunds will NOT be processed for cancellation after 1 July 2010, however substitute delegates are acceptable.
Registration Changes
Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please fax, post or email your changes to Kim Thorne (see Contact page for contact details).
Conditions
Participation in the Pharmacy Women’s Congress is at the sole discretion of The Pharmacy Guild of Australia and is subject to conditions laid down by the Guild. The Pharmacy Guild of Australia reserves the right to amend or substitute any condition, provision or undertaking.
Condition of Entry
It is a condition of entry to the 2010 Pharmacy Women’s Congress that you may be photographed at the event, and that your image may be used on promotional material for future Congresses.
