All registration fees are GST inclusive and listed in Australian dollars.
Registration Inclusions
Full Congress Registration fee includes:
- Entry to all conference sessions
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea as specified in the conference program
- Welcome Reception ticket (Friday 15 July)
- Congress Dinner ticket (Saturday 16 July)
- Access to trade display
- Congress satchel
- Congress materials
Day Registration fee includes:
- Entry to all conference sessions on selected day
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on the selected day as specified in the conference program
- Access to trade display
- Congress satchel
- Congress materials
CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
Payment
Full payment of registration fees must be received prior to the congress. Unpaid delegates will be refused entry to the event, so please ensure that your fees are paid prior to your arrival.
Cancellation & Refunds
All requests for registration refunds must be made in writing. For cancellations made prior to 15 June 2011 the full registration fee will be refunded. Cancellation requests made after 15 June 2011 will be refunded, minus a $50.00 per person processing fee. Substitute delegates will be accepted without financial penalty.

Conditions
Participation in the Pharmacy Women’s Congress is at the sole discretion of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia and is subject to conditions laid down by the Guild. The Pharmacy Guild reserves the right to amend or substitute any condition, provision or undertaking.
Condition of Entry
It is a condition of entry to the Pharmacy Women’s Congress that you may be photographed at the event, and that your image may be used on promotional material for future Congresses.
