Payments & Deposits
In order to secure a reservation, all hotel accommodation bookings must be accompanied by a minimum deposit of one (1) night’s room rate. Please make deposit cheques payable to “The Pharmacy Guild of Australia”. If payment is made by credit card, no monies will be deducted by The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, however your credit card details will be forwarded to the accommodation venue as security for your booking. If the credit card is in the name of a person other than yourself, it will be necessary for the cardholder to complete the payment summary on the booking form. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the accommodation venue.
Cancellation Policy – The Sebel Cairns Hotel
Delegates will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night’s accommodation for cancellations made within 48 hours of the intended day of arrival or no-shows. The Pharmacy Guild of Australia will not take any responsibility for cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation Policy – Cairns Harbour Lights
Delegates will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night’s accommodation for cancellations made within 30 days of the intended day of arrival or no-shows. The Pharmacy Guild of Australia will not take any responsibility for cancellations or no-shows.
Notification of Changes and Cancellations
All changes to or cancellations of reservations must be notified to The Pharmacy Guild of Australia in writing either via e-mail to events@qldguild.org.au or to PO Box 457, Spring Hill QLD 4004. DO NOT notify the accommodation venue directly.
